4-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
5-Communicate project status, issues, and changes to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
6-Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful project execution.
7-Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
8-Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
